The good news is- if you purchased 60 minutes but used only 28 minutes- you'll have 30 minutes left on your account! You can use it at any time later. We do charge hourly service in 15 minutes increments, so if you used 20 minutes- it'll be counted as 30. Billing starts ony after we can successfully connect to your computer!
